HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS
- 32 oz. hash browns, thawed or 5 diced potatoes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- Topping:
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits and 1/3 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Mix well, place mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits and 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
