Hash Brown Potato Casserole

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 32 oz. hash browns, thawed or 5 diced potatoes
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • Topping:
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits and 1/3 cup melted butter

DIRECTIONS

Mix well, place mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits and 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
