Hawaiian Chex Mix
I made this up... I love dried pineapple and all the flavors just sorta happened..... YUM!!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box of Crispix Cereal
- 1/2 cup melt butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bag of dried pineapple
- 2 cups cashews
- 2 lb white chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Put butter and garlic in glass dish and melt in microwave. Stir. Pour over crispix. Put on large cookie sheet and bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Take out and cool. Chop dried pineapple into small pieces and add to crispix. Add cashews. Mix. Melt white chocolate in a pan. Drizzle over top of crispix. Let set until solid. Break up and eat. Store in airtight bag.

Oh Yeah the garlic is the "spice" it needs... everyone that tries this loves it!! It is so yummy.. I sent a big bag to college with my daughter and all her GF's told her I needed to entered one of "THOSE" contest.. cause I would win!!! Nanc
