Hawaiian Shrimp Kabob
Shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1 navel orange, pelled and seperated into sections, cut sections in half
1 lime, cut in half, then cut each half into 4 pieces
1 small can pineaple slices, cut each slice into 6 pieces
Bell Peppers, one each of orange, yellow, red, green, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Onion half, cut in half, then cut into 4 sections
1 bottle Hawaiian marinade
Marinate frozen shimp in marnate for 30 minutes in frig. Soak wooden skires in water for 30 minutes.
Alternate fruit, onion, peppers and shrimp on skires. Place back in marinate and keep in frig until you are ready to grill. Grill til shrimp turns pink.
