INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 TBS butter
- 1 tsp coconut or vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup potato flakes
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp rapid or quick yeast
DIRECTIONS
Process in bread machine per your machine directions.
White bread setting medium crust is recommended (based on experience!) Orange juice may be substituted for a slightly different flavor. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
