Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c of flaked coconut
1 ¼ cups of flour
½ c of butter
1 tea of baking powder
½ tea of vanilla
½ tea of almond extract
¼ tea of salt
In a suitably sized bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except the flaked coconut.
Add each ingredient in order except for coconut and
Blend thoroughly with a mixer.
Stir in the coconut; then mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.
