- 1 bag butterscotch chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 standard container of potato sticks.
- Microwave the butterscotch chips and peanutbutter together in a bowl for 1 minute and stir, nuke another minute. Take out of the microwave and stir in the potato sticks, breaking them up slightly.
- Now spread the mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet or drop them by spoonfuls (the haystacks).
- chill and you are done. They are best fresh out of the fridge and don't like too much heat.
NotesThese are super quick and easy. They have been the favorites of my son's football team and have gone on to college with all my kids.
