Healthy Avacado Sandwich with Cheese

Ingredients

1 large avocado
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 slices bread
softened butter or margarine
1 tomato, sliced thin
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup bean sprouts, drained
cheddar cheese, sliced


Cut avocado in half, remove pit and peel. Chop avocado coarsely, then combine with garlic powder, oregano, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix lightly.



Spread softened butter on four of the bread slices, then evenly spread the avocado mixture on the slices. Top with tomato slices, bacon bits, bean sprouts and cheese slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
