Why I Love This Recipe

Can be used for short ribs, dipping sauce, and a marinade


Ingredients You'll Need

4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 Onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Fuji Apple, diced (leave skin on)
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Coriander
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
2 tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp. Honey


Directions

Dice all of your ingredients.


Add all the ingredients into a pot, cover and simmer on medium/low for about 30-40 mins.


(DONT boil it)


After it is done, it should begin to look saucy but chunky. At this point, turn the heat off.


Remove the bay leaf and use a hand mixer to blend the sauce.
