Why I Love This Recipe

This is a great smoothie that is low calorie and is great for those on the go mornings.


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup nonfat or 1 percent lowfat milk
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed


Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
