Healthy Cinnamon Rolls
4 egg whites
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop, Protein Powder
1/2 cup. 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix ingredients together and pour the mixture into a pan on low heat.
Cover the pan and cook for 10 mins (don't flip).
Once cooked, slice into 1 inch strips.
Make your sauce and spread it over the strip.
Roll them up and they're ready to eat.
