Why I Love This Recipe

This smoothie is great for breakfast or snack! It's easy and healthy. It gives you that much needed boost of energy.


Ingredients You'll Need

Half a cup of frozen kale
Half a cup of frozen pineapple
Half a cup of plain kefir or plain greek yogurt


Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add a splash of lemon juice or a sprinkle of cayenne to make it more interesting.
