Healthy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

Half a cup of frozen kale
Half a cup of frozen pineapple
Half a cup of plain kefir or plain greek yogurt


Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add a splash of lemon juice or a sprinkle of cayenne to make it more interesting.
