Healthy Ground-turkey wontons appetizer
1 package wonton wraps
1 lb. ground turkey, cooked
1 cup fat-free ranch dressing
1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar
1 can sliced black olives
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Place wonton wraps in mini-muffin tins (2 tins for 24 appetizers)
Spray with cooking spray
Bake for 7-8 minutes until crisp enough to hold shape, set aside, leaving in muffin tins.
Mix all other incredients.
Spoon mixture into each wonton cup.
Bake again for 5-8 minutes until wraps are slightly brown.

This recipe is a revised version of a wonton appetizer recipe that I used to love. It's healthier b/c it uses ground turkey, low-fat ranch dressing and fat-free cheese.
