Ingredients You'll Need
2 ripe Avacado’s
2 cloves of garlic
1 Lime (juice of a lime)
Diced red onion, diced tomato
Sea salt and freshly crushed pepper
Dice red onion and tomato
Remove Avocado from shell and place in a bowl.
Finely chop garlic using a garlic press. The smaller the pieces of garlic, the better.
Add other ingredients to a bowl
Add lime juice, along with Salt and Pepper to taste
Mash with fork leaving some chunks, mix to incorporate.
Pairs Well With
Serve with multi-grain chips and Cold Beer
