1 large egg
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 cup. Walnut Oil
1 tsp. Vinegar
2 tsps. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Combine the egg, and mustard into a food processor, until well blended.
Next, slowly add the olive oil or walnut oil and continue to blend.
(This mayo should be thick and emulsified)
Add the vinegar and lemon juice, adjust to your tasting.
