2 cups. Cooked and Shredded meat of your choice.
2 1/2 oz. Cream Cheese (low-fat)
1/4 cup. Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup. Salsa or Pico De Gallo
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 cup. Shredded Cheese
8-10 Wheat tortillas
Pre-Heat oven to 425.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and spray the tin foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Soften the cream cheese by putting in the microwave for 30 seconds.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, greek yogurt, salsa, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder, salt, and lime juice.
Add in the meat you are using, cheese, green onions, and cilantro.
Lay out your tortilla and spoon about 3 tbsp of the mixture into the middle.
Roll it up and place seam side down onto the baking sheet.
Repeat for each tortilla.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
