Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

3 TBSP ground flax seed (if using whole, simply grind in the blender first)
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 ripe banana
1 cup orange juice
2 scoops of your favorite protein powder


Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.


I find it's best to start with the fruit and juice, and add the flax seeds and protein last.


You can substitute different kinds of frozen fruit and juice, if you like
