- chinese cabbage, chopped well, 1/4th c. ground turkey, baby carrots:chopped in half. A bunch of green onions:chopped greens and all, 2-32 oz, light and fat free chicken broth. 1T. olive oil.
In a lg. pot add the olive oil, turkey, carrots, onions and the cabbage. Brown well because the flavor comes from the scrappings at the bottom of the pan from the browning. Once browned well. Add the chicken broth. cook for 1 hour.
As a mentor of low cal I need to add more of them to share. Here is one. You can eat as much as you want. 5 calories a bowl. I use this to fill me up when I'm dieting and get hungry.
