INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 c frozen mixed veggies
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/3 c flour
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 2c chicken broth
- 3/4 c milk
- 3 c cooked chicken
- 2 potatoes-sliced thin
- 2 c seasoned stuffing cubes
DIRECTIONS
Cook mixed veggies. Meanwhile melt butter and stir in the flour and sage.Gradually add broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stir until thickened. Stir in the chicken, potatoes and veggies. Heat through. Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan. Melt 2T butter and toss with the stuffing cubes. Sprinkle over the chicken. Bake uncovered at 450 until heated through.
