1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2. c. chopped celery
1 Tb. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
3 (21 oz.) cans pork and bean in tomato sauce (like Van Kamps®)
3 cans condensed Minestrone soup
In Dutch oven, cook beef, pork sausage, onion & garlic 'til beef is browned, pork is no longer pink and onion is tender. Stir in worcestershire sauce, soup, beans, 3 c. water, celery and oregano. Simmer covered 2 hours.
It freezes well. And it tastes great with garlic bread and a salad or coleslaw..............
