This icing went on a buttermilk chocolate cake I baked for my son's 25th birthday. And, yes, it truly is fabulous. Use the best chocolate you can get your hands on.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz. chocolate
  • 1/2 sour cream
    •

DIRECTIONS

Break the chocolate into small pieces.


Melt in a double boiler until just


melted.


Stir in sour cream.
