Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBL Spoons Hulled Hemp Seed
  • 1 TBL Spoon Honey

Directions

  • Blend the banana and eggs and in a blender of food processor.
  • Fry on medium heat in coconut oil until both sides are golden brown.
