INGREDIENTS

  • milk
  • 2 pork chops
  • RUB:
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried thyme
  • sage
  • chopped fresh garlic (1 clove is probably enough)
  • chopped almond slices.

DIRECTIONS

Marinate 2 pork chops in milk (yes milk!) for about an hour.

Take your coated pork chops and coat them in the rub.

Fry them in the cast iron pan over medium-high heat with a little olive oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side, let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
