HERB BUTTER FOR CORN

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 Tb. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves

Directions

  • Melt butter; blend in remaining ingredients. Pour or brush over freshly cooked sweet corn or toss lightly with cooked whole kernel corn.
