Herb Grilled Vegetables
1/2 can Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large red onion, thickly sliced
1 large green pepper OR large red pepper, cut into wide strips
1 medium zucchini OR medium yellow squash, thickly sliced
2 cups large mushrooms
MIX broth, thyme and black pepper. Brush vegetables with broth mixture.
GRILL vegetables 10 min. or until tender, turning and brushing often with broth mixture.
