- 2 lbs mahi mahi
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dillweed
- Mix all ingredients, but mahi mahi together. Rinse fish and pat dry.
- Prick fish with a fork, then marinate 1-4 hours.
- Grill for about 4 minutes on each side.
