Herb Seared Pork Tenderloin
2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
Garlic infused olive oil to rub down the meat
3 TB of Each (Finely Chopped) - Rosemary, Thyme, Sage
1 1/2 TB Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Rub the tenderloin down with Garlic infused Olive oil.
Combine the chopped herbs with kosher salt and Black Pepper.
Roll the tenderloin in the herbe mixture, then place on a plate, cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 400
Heat 2 Tb olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Sear the Tenderloin on all sides until golden brown.
Move to a baking dish and place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 140 degrees.
Once removes from the oven, it will continue to cook and reach about 145 to 150 degrees.
Let rest 15 minutes, slice and serve
