HERBED CHICKEN
Herbed Chicken
My grandmother taught me how to make this, on my many visits to Fl.
INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 Chicken breast
- 3 T. oil
- Italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Basil
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Lawry Seasoning salt
- Garlic Salt
DIRECTIONS
Dip chicken breasts in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Put in frying pan with oil, medium high heat. Sprinkle with seasonings, brown and repeat. After both sides are browned, turn heat down to low, add 4 T. water, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
