Herbed Croutons with Bruschetta
1/2 cup regular or reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 long thin loaf (18 inches) French bread, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
Savory Bruschetta (see below)
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic and oregano in small bowl; mix well.
Spread herbed mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
Place bread, spread sides up, on grid.
Grill over medium-low coals 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
Spoon Savory Bruschetta onto herbed croutons.
