Herbed Turkey (Great for Turkey Leftovers!!!!)
1-2 lbs of cooked, shredded turkey
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
1.5 containers of light chive cream cheese
3 wedges of Laughing Cow light cheese
2 Tbsp red-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 cups water
1 cup brown rice
Combine all ingredients but rice and turkey in large pan over high heat. Bring sauce to boil to melt cheeses and butter. Stir constantly.
Add rice and cook until done. [You might need to add more water to finish the rice and to prevent burning.]
Add turkey,stir, heat and serve.

The modifications allow cooks to use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving :)
