Here Comes Christmas Fruit Salad

• 2 ripe cantaloupes
• 1 lbs dried cranberries

wash cantaloupes

scoop out seeds

cut off rinds

cut in bite size pieces

place in large bowl

rinse dried cranberries in sieve, drain

add rinsed dried cranberries to cantaloupe

Nothing says summer fun better than a fruit salad. And since holiday marketing begins on the fourth of July, why not get a jump on Christmas and Thanksgiving by throwing in dried cranberries. It's a fruit salad for all seasons!
