Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 ¾ cup GF flour mix
½ tsp. xanthan gum
2 cups sugar
¾ cup Hershey’s cocoa
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp. vanilla extract


Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add eggs, milk, oil , and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in boiling water. Pour in a greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes and 15-20 minutes for cupcakes or until toothpick interested in middle comes out clean.
