- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (20.00 ounces) can undrained crushed pineapple (sweetned or unsweetned)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnut
- Mix cake ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Top with the light brown sugar and the chopped walnuts
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
