Holiday Eggnog Custard Pie
1 pk. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts
1/2 cp. sugar
2-1/2 cp. Eggnog
Heat oven to 425.
Prepare 1 pie crust as directed on package for one-crust filled pie using 9-ince pie pan.
DO NOT PRICK CRUST!
Bake 425 for 7 - 9 minutes or until light golden brown. Reduce oven temperature to 350.
In large bowl, combine sugar, eggnog and eggs; blend well.
Pour into partially baked crust.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes or until almost set. (Center of filling will be soft.)
Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 - 20 min. to prevent excessive browning.
Cook 2 hours or until completely cooled.
Store in refrigerator.
