8 cups popped popcorn
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 small box strawberry, rasberry, or lime gelatin
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and corn syrup over low heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar and gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over the popcorn mixture and stir until well coated. Pour onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. remove from the pan and break into small pieces. Store in an airtight container.
