HOLIDAY MORNING FRENCH TOAST

- 1cup brown suger
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3 teas. cinnamon
- 3 tart apples peeled cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisens
- 1 loaf french bread cut 1 inch thick
- 6 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 1 tabls vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Combine brown suger and cinn on parchment paper add apples and cranberries toss to coat well Spread apple mixture evenley over bottom of baking dish. Arrange bread slices on top.
Mix eggs milk vanilla and 2 teasp cinnamon until well blended pour mixture over bread soaking bread completly. Cover with parchment paper and ref 4 to 24 hours
Cover with alum foil bake in 375 d oven for 40 min
uncover and bake 5 more min remove from oven let stand 5 min serve warm
