HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • Pinch Tabasco or cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2/3-1 cups butter

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix.
  • Melt butter in microwave or saucepan to the bubbling stage.
  • Pour butter in blender very slowly and put blender on high for 30 seconds or until sauce thickens.
