Why I Love This Recipe
I was following a simple recipe from a Candida-friendly diet about a year ago and decided to add a lot more flavor and ingredients to make the guacamole as filling and delicious as possible!
Ingredients You'll Need
(Organic always recommended - but if you need to save $, use this year's current Dirty Dozen/Clean Fifteen list)
2 large or 3 small avocados (pitted & smashed)
1 small jalepeno (minced)
1 roma tomato (diced)
1 lime (juiced)
1/2 small yellow onion (diced)
1/2 small bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1/4 tsp Real Salt or pink sea salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions
Simple: Mix all above together and enjoy! :)
*Note: For a healthy substitute for chips, use sliced bell peppers (or any veggie) for dipping
