- Cooking Time:

- Preparation Time:
- 1 28 oz can baked beans
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- Mix all ingredients in a medium pot and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes. Stir frequently to keep beans from sticking to bottom of pot.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer 10-15 minutes longer. We like to use Bush's Original Baked Beans.
- Serves 5-6.
