HOME MADE MAC & CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 box elbow noodles
  • 1/2 brick cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cook noodles as instructed on package. Drain and cool.
  • Cut up cheese into cubes.
  • Add milk and 1 tablespoon of flour to large pot, mix, add some of the cheese and melt, add more cheese and melt until all cheese is gone. May need to add another tablespoon of flour to get the right consistency.
  • Add noodles to cheese, mix, salt and pepper to taste and serve!

I got this recipe from an friends Mom. Home made Mac & Cheese is the best!
