- 2 Tbsp fresh grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine the peel with the vodka and water.
- Pour into a clean glass jar and set aside to steep for at least 3 days.
- Store it anywhere, and it will keep for up to one year.
- Makes about 3/4 cup.
