Homemade Bailey's Irish Creme
"Tastes just like the real thing and so much cheaper!"Serves 26oz | Prep Time | Cook Time None
1 (300 ml) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (500 g) carton Coffee Rich (frozen)
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
3 eggs, raw
10 oz rye whiskey (1 1/3 to 2 cups)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of nutmeg (optional )
Blend eggs and rye in blender for 7 minutes; add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Pairs Well With
Drink straight on the rocks, or with milk
This is a recipe near and dear to my heart, my sister and brother in law would make this all the time before they passed away. This was a family hit at Christmas time.
