2 Cups Milk
9 teaspoons vinegar OR lemon juice
Add the vinegar/lemon juice to your milk stir.. let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow milk to sour and curdle.. use in recipes like you normally would. Store remaining in a sealed container.

Use in a pinch when you need buttermilk for a recipe but don't feel like making a trip to the store for it.
