- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- PLUS - some mini marshmallows or whipped cream for garnish
- 1. Combine sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan. Slowly stir in 1/4 cup of the evaporated milk and form a smooth paste. Stir in remaining evaporated milk, water and vanilla extract.
- 2. Warm over medium heat, whisking constantly, until hot.
- 3. Top with marshmallows or whip cream before serving.
