HOMEMADE ITALIAN SAUSAGE

 

  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 6 servings
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 t. fennel seeds
  • 2 t. minced garlic
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1 t. dried thyme
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. black pepper

Directions

  • Mix seasoning and then mix it into the ground pork.

Notes

We couldn't get sausage in Japan, but had ready access to ground pork. This is the recipe I used to make my own.
