- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 t. fennel seeds
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. black pepper
- Mix seasoning and then mix it into the ground pork.
NotesWe couldn't get sausage in Japan, but had ready access to ground pork. This is the recipe I used to make my own.
