INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp fresh grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Combine the peel with the vodka and water.


Pour into a clean glass jar and set aside to steep for at least 3 days.


Store it anywhere, and it will keep for up to one year.


Makes about 3/4 cup.
