2 cups regular (not quick cooking) rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, wheat germ and almonds in jelly roll pan. Place in oven and toast for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Add fruit and brown sugar to oat mixture. Stir to combine. Store in an airtight container.
