- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- pinch of sugar
Combine the vegetables, then add the vinegar, oil and seasonings. Mix well. Let stand a few hours to blend flavors. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
