Honey Baked Ham
¼ cup whole cloves
¼ cup dark corn syrup
2 cups honey
⅔ cup butter
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Score ham and stud with cloves. Place ham in foiled-lined pan.
3. Combine corn syrup, honey, and butter in saucepan; heat thoroughly over low heat. Brush ham with
sauce and bake 1¼ hours, basting every 15 minutes. During last 4 to 5 minutes, put under broiler and
caramelize the glaze.
4. Remove from oven and allow ham to rest a few minutes before slicing.
