Honey Couscous with Cream Recipe
2 cups Water
4 tablespoons Honey
2 cups instant couscous
1 tablespoon butter
1.5 cups liquid cream
1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/2 cup Pistachio nuts
200 g Strawberries
1 pinch ground cinnamon
How to prepare:
Bring water and honey to boil in a casserole.
Remove from heat, stir in couscous using a fork then cover and let it stand for 4 minutes.
Add butter. Stir and fluff with a fork until well combined. Set aside to cool into a room temperature.
Whip fresh liquid cream using electric mixer for 5-6 minutes or until it is stiff. Fold NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk with the whipped cream to combine well.
Place the cooled couscous in the plate and top with cream mixture nuts, strawberries and cinnamon powder.
