Honey Garlic Ginger Turkey Wings
8 Large cloves garlic, minced
1 Cup honey
1/3 Cup light soy sauce
1/3 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 Cup peeled and minced gingerroot
6 Pounds TURKEY WINGS (wing tips removed)
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and gingerroot. Add turkey wings and marinate overnight.
Remove wings from marinade and place in hotel pan; reserve marinade.
Bake uncovered, in preheated 400 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain off any fat.
In saucepan, bring marinade to a boil. Boil gently for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened; pour over wings.
Increase oven temperature to 475 degree F, bake wings, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until sticky and golden brown, turning several times.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
